Carolyn Greene |
|
|
Carolyn Greene began studying dance as a
child in Dayton, Ohio, and later
operated her own school there. A
highlight of her youth was being a
contestant on the nationally televised
Ted Mack Amateur Hour. |

|
As an adult, she continued her ballet
training in Madison, Wisconsin with the
Wisconsin Ballet Company, and also
performed in community theatre.
|
| |
While living in Southern
California, she
continued her ballet
training.
Continuing to study all
forms
of dance, including
ballet, lyrical and
jazz, these forms are
included in her
choreography as
applicable to the music. |

Her passion for dance and her love of
God is reflected in her choreography.
She has led
sacred dance workshops and
seminars nationally. |

|
Her home churches
are First United Methodist of Ormond
Beach, Florida, where she is Director
and Choreographer of Sondance, and
Coronado Community United Methodist
Church
of New Smyrna Beach, Florida where she
is Director and Choreographer of the
Good News Dancers. |

|
Carolyn is also very active with The
Show Club of The Ormond Beach Performing
Arts Center, where she studies, teaches
and performs dance in their annual
Follies. |
